So men, left to their own devices, are pretty rubbish. I've been a wedding photographer for 17 years. I've photographed 460 weddings, and I've seen 464 grooms. Work that one out for yourself. Of those 464 grooms, maybe one third have been able to tie their own ties. Of the third that have been able to tie their own ties (and I mean in a double Windsor knot - most people can tie a 'school tie') I'd say that 50% could do their cufflinks without requiring additional help. And of those that could do their cufflinks, maybe 25% know how to do a pocket square. Now I'm really aware that no one will ever read this caption - I'm literally sat here at 1am, endlessly writing content for images that no one will ever see because Google likes it. So because no one will ever read this, let's go over the maths. We have 464 * 0.33 (ties) * 0.5 (cufflinks) * .25 (pocket square) = 19 men who are not useless. That's 4%. Maybe I was being too generous.
